Valentine Isak heads a build corporation «Stolitsa», where more than 5 thousand persons work, he is also the leader of group of architects (120 persons), who design and accompany all objects which are built by a corporation.
Valentine Isak started his career as an architect and, only in the process of work, there was an idea engaged in building and to realize the projects. It makes possible to get as a result exactly what is projected.
Collective of architects, which Valentine Isak heads, is able to decide different town-planning and architectural tasks, planning in difficult hydrogeological terms. Generator of ideas is eventual Valentine Isak, and in realization of these ideas he is helped by all architects of workshop.
Nowdays these creative architects projected a lot of dwelling-houses, objects of social sphere and churches, both in Kiev and on all Ukraine. In the program of activity of workshop is planning and building landscape systems, including parks, local objects of equipping with modern amenities, small architectural forms, and memorable signs.
The creative handwriting of these architects is easily knowable- objects, projected by a workshop, are characterizes by high aesthetic quality and comfort. An evident example is a dwelling microregion «Oasis» and «Arcade». Dwellings complexes contain in itself apartments for shops, medical establishments, cafe, restaurants, kindergartens, offices of sporting halls, hotels, churches et cetera.
Underground parkings, equipped by the progressive engineering systems are situated here. And all of it is show up on a general background, not always successfully built-up out-of-date districts, by the special refined architectural elements, which are giving the impression of perfection and complete harmony.
In 2003 Valentine Isak was awarded with the State prix in architecture area for the realization of idea of complex building of microregion with a single architectural band (Heroev Stalingrada, 24). And in 2004 he got the high rank of the People’s architect of Ukraine.
Valentine Isak conducts large work as a patron of art. He financed building of temple «Christmas» in a dwelling microregion on Obolon, supports building of Temple «Pokrova of Divine mother», and also for his own facilities projected Cathedral for Ukrainian Orthodox Church, which on scales will be the greatest temple in Europe.
In 2009 he became a titleholder «Man of the Year – 2008» in a nomination «Businessman of the year».
